Santander Corporate & Investment Bank (SCIB) is Santander’s global business division, supporting corporate and institutional clients, offering tailored services and value-added wholesale products suited to their complexity and sophistication.
We're looking for a Personal Assistant to support Executive Directors and manage 2/3 Executive Assistants within Santander London Branch.
You'll provide professional and well organised administrative and PA support at a senior/executive level and act as the first point of contact for senior managers.
You'll be managing complex diaries and priorities, sometimes under time pressure, assisting managers in making each day as effective as possible.
You'll be required to contribute to ad hoc projects as necessary and to proactively assist managers in meeting their business objectives.
The difference you will make.
Managing diaries, arranging and prioritising appointments, coordinating meetings and supporting with event planning
Ensuring papers, documents and information are gathered and produced in advance of meetings, liaising with other teams/ offices where needed.
Managing correspondence, enquires and requests for information, prioritising, and actioning as appropriate.
Having responsibility for Ad-hoc administrative tasks such as organising travel arrangements, expenses management, updating annual leave & sickness records
Being aware of Company and Divisional priorities within a changing environment
Collaborating with other PA's to provide cover when required and building your PA network across the wider business.
What you’ll bring.
Experience working as a PA in a large, corporate environment with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
It would also be nice for you to have
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Previous management experience desirable
Confident working independently and a strong team player.
