About the role
The EA and Office Manager will be responsible for providing executive support, working with the MD, as well as supporting the wider mkodo Executive team where required. You will provide high quality admin support whilst managing all aspects of office operations.
Main Responsibilities:
EA to MD and Executive team:
· Provide seamless diary management and coordinate travel arrangements.
· Process relevant expenses, arranging for MD to approve where appropriate
· Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and documents.
Office Management:
· Take ownership over our work environment - thinking proactively about what needs to be done and taking the time to ensure the little things get the attention they require
· Liaise with suppliers, ensure that good relations are created and that optimum contracts are in place with those suppliers
· Organise gifts on special occasions such as Birthdays and work anniversaries
· Working closely with the Office admin to ensure the office runs seamlessly
· Act as main procurement person for items requested by the team including equipments for the new starters
· Other projects to sink your teeth into as and when you have time including coordinating office fitout etc.
Events coordination:
· Organise social and client events including company off sites and the Christmas party
· Help promote a positive company culture and intra-company engagement, by organising various team events and Town Hall meetings.
