This role will be working with the most senior Executives across the business and discretion and professionalism are key. This is an exciting dynamic role where no two days are the same, as the holder will work in many different areas, from supporting a Chief Executive to a team of Sales professionals. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with a can-do positive attitude who relishes the challenges that a float role provides.
The role holder will work closely and collaboratively with members of the Executive Support Function on a global basis
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior executives.
Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Act as a primary point of contact, screening and directing incoming communications to appropriate individuals.
Assist in organizing and executing internal and external events, conferences, and client meetings.
Coordinate and track expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation.
Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.
Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and operational efficiency.
Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Required Skills/Experience
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably within the investment banking industry.
Proven ability to manage multiple calendars, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills with a flexible and adaptable approach.
Professional demeanour, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
