About the role
We are currently hiring for an Executive Assistant to support the Director, Customer and Workflow Solutions EMEA and the wider team. This role sits within the Integrated Diagnostic Solutions (IDS) business unit.
This is a part-time role. Working requirements: Monday to Friday, 15 hours per week. We are open to both remote and hybrid setup.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling of all meetings (internal & external)
- Preparation of external meetings (internal & external) and minute taking
- Arranging travel needs
- Preparation of expense reports and processing into CONCUR
- Content / Sharepoint coordinator
- External Vendor registration, PO management
- Registration new associate on LMS, maintenance of associates' curriculum
- Accrediworld & Maintenance, IFU management for IDS portfolio
