EA – Global Valuation Advisory CEO

We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Global Valuation Advisory CEO. The selected candidate will play a key role in the successful growth of our business. You will be collaborating across the team, organization, and with other functions to provide phenomenal support. This critical role relies on your precise execution, excellent communication, and creative thinking to enable the CEO and leadership team achieve the ambitious goals of the Business Line. Executive Assistant Responsibilities
Providing wide ranging administrative support to Global CEO Valuation Advisory
Provide secondary support to Global COO & Global Board members
Coordinating complex scheduling and extensive calendar management across multiple time zones, ensuring all key client meetings and deadlines are being met
Coordinating events, activities, and communications on behalf of Global CEO & COO
Planning and preparing for Board / Leadership / Operational meetings globally – Prepare agendas, producing PowerPoint presentations, book meeting rooms, refreshments and other resources
Taking minutes and following up on action points
Assist in organising team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite
Maintaining professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercising discretion
Drafting, reviewing and proofreading documents and presentations
Managing, coordinating, and arranging CEO/COO international travel and related activities, including booking accommodation, visas/tests where applicable, and producing detailed itineraries
Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with leadership team and colleagues
Handling client and colleague enquiries in a prompt and professional manner, escalating any issues
Maintaining Global Valuation Advisory Microsite and leadership SharePoint folders / Teams groups
Maintaining Global Valuation Advisory database and mailing lists
Leading or supporting senior leadership with special projects and programmes as assigned
Preparing and submitting expense reports and processing invoices
Updating CRM system and Pitch Tracker
Executive Assistant Requirements
5 + years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior management, preferably in complex global organizations
Excellent communication skills on multiple platforms/mediums (verbal, written, video calls etc.)
Strong time-management skills and ability to organize and coordinate across different time zones
Ability to prioritise workload with an attention to detail and willingness to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Salesforce, etc.
Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done
Adaptable, enjoys a challenge and can overcome a learning curve quickly
Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly in a diplomatic manner
Strong analytical ability to gather and summarise data for reports and find solutions to various administrative issues
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
