Job Description
Are you a dedicated Executive Assistant with proven experience within the financial services sector, looking for your next long-term temporary position within a modern, extremely vibrant venture capital firm?
You will work as a central member of the firm’s London office to provide high-level administrative support to an executive. The firm is fully committed to offering a great environment for their employees, providing a less intense work life to that which is expected within the investment industry. The role is fully remote, however the ability to travel to London 1-2 times a month easily is important.
Your communication skills will be second to none, due to the fact you’ll need to constantly ‘check-in’ with your exec from your home office. Your finger will be on the pulse of what’s new and exciting in London, whether that’s the best bars to visit with colleagues, or new pop-up restaurants for lunch meetings. Proven experience supporting a similarly busy individual within the investment sector is a must, ensuring you have the skillset to fully inhabit all aspects of this role from the start.
You will be able to confidently coordinate an extremely busy diary, across time-zones and often with conflicting priorities, and will happily be able to provide cover support to other senior partners when the need arises. Having managed inboxes previously, you will be adept at proactively flagging and will quickly develop a trusting relationship with your exec, gauging the support they require with regards to this. Your ability to book frequent overseas travel, and to assist with event planning and project coordination will be second to none, and you will be happy to provide ad hoc assistance in other areas of the organisation when required, to ensure the workflow is consistently unhindered.
You will be very well presented and will be at ease communicating with internal and external stakeholders. You will be meticulous in your written communication, both in your email correspondence and in your ability to produce and proofread documents, meeting packs and presentations.
We are very keen to hear from EAs with solid experience, who thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, and who can confidently work at a very high level, who would be interested in a fully remote, ongoing temp contract.
If this sounds like a role that you could excel in, then apply now!
