About the Role
You will work closely with Stephen and support him in his role, including managing diary and correspondence, preparing briefings, and supporting meetings, events and departmental business planning.
You will responsible for developing successful working relationships with colleagues at all levels of seniority across the department, and in the wider University.
You will also be part of the team providing operational and business support across Research Services and leading the network of administrators across the various teams in the department.
About You
You will have experience of working effectively as an Executive Assistant at a senior level, ideally in a large, complex organisation.
You will need to be someone who strives for excellence and demonstrates high levels of professionalism, self-motivation and resilience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with being confident in communicating with stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
