As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting senior management in various areas, including content marketing, sales administration, and general administrative tasks. Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Content Marketing: Mainly content editing, ensuring materials are accurate, engaging, and aligned with the company's brand guidelines.
  • Sales Administration: Assisting with basic prospecting, appointment setting, and diary management for the sales team.
  • Admin and Errands: Providing support with both personal and professional errands, ensuring efficient time management and organizational effectiveness.

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally as an executive assistant or in a related administrative position.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel for errands, if necessary.
  • Must live locally to Leeds and have the flexibility to work remotely.
