We have an exciting opportunity to bring on board an Executive Assistant on permanent basis at our site in Ellesmere Port. The role is part of a specialist family that drives and provides administrative support to Survitec’s Leadership, key stakeholders, departments and customers within the Aerospace and Defence Division.
You will provide effective secretarial support and diary management for allocated business leaders. Coordinating and managing in-bound and out-bound communications, freeing business leaders up to focus on driving the business strategy.
What You Can Expect from the Role
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
· Providing extensive calendar and diary management for the CEO and one or more senior business leaders
· You will manage a range of communication channels on behalf of business leaders
· Coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments, arranging travel, and booking accommodation as needed
· Providing general administrative support, ensuring business leaders have all necessary and timely access to documents
· Liaising with internal and external clients, colleagues and other stakeholders ensuring time is allocated effectively to support the leadership and functional responsibilities of each allocated business leader
· Arranging meetings, dinners, events, and public appearances for allocated leaders,
· Attending meetings and recording full minutes, action notes that are agreed
· Manage expense records and monitor leadership ancillary budgets

The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have
Desirable Criteria
· You will have 2+ years experience in a similar role
· Strong communication and organisational skills
· Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages
