Executive Assistant
Reporting to the Chief Executive and supporting the senior leadership, this role sits at the heart of a friendly and energetic team who are passionate about the difference they are making. Role purpose
- Support the CEO and senior leadership team to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently
- Maintain and refine internal processes that support the team, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that senior executives’ priorities are met, organisational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Providing high-level EA support to the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team
- Providing the Chief Executive with diary management, meeting preparations and briefings, travel arrangements, preparation of letters and reports
- Communicating with the staff team and external stakeholders
- Administration of Board, Committee, Team meetings including minute taking, both internally and externally, drafting agendas, sharing reports for internal and external meetings
- Supporting development and implementation of processes and systems to ensure good governance
- Organising visits including all-day programmes to charities for donors and clients, planning itinerary, liaising with internal teams, charities and guests
- Dealing with correspondence and answering telephone calls in a welcoming and friendly way
- Arranging events and finding meeting venues
- Maintaining accurate records on Salesforce Client Relationship Management system.
