This Executive Assistant role reports directly to the President EMEA, as the Executive Assistant you will also provide executive support, as needed to the EMEA Leadership team, acting as their professional representative within the business.

You’ll be managing varied tasks across internal decision-making meetings and external, customer-facing priorities. The dynamic nature of this role requires flawless time management skills and the capability to anticipate the needs of the leaders and the business. To get the most from this job it will require regular interaction with a varied range of individuals across the business. Handling confidential information while exercising professionalism and integrity. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment enjoying the daily challenges bringing high levels of energy and a natural ability to get the job done.
Role key themes:
Diary management and co-ordination, including organising internal and external meetings, Booking of accommodation and travel, both within the UK & Internationally
Organisation team meetings, monthly calls and direct reports meetings
Financial management of your VP’s
Internal & external stakeholder management
Your skills & experience
Experience in managing multiple diaries in the Executive space within a corporate environment
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
Flawless organisational skills, particularly in relation to diary and project management
Microsoft office savvy
