The role
Executive Assistant to the Director of Nursing RCN UK HQ, London (based in office at least four days per week, with one day remotely) 35 hours per week, Permanent £47,874 - £53,481 per annum (including inner London weighting of £4,611) There is more to the RCN than you might think. As an Executive Assistant you’ll use your positive attitude and highly developed skills to deliver outstanding support to the Director of Nursing and their senior team. Every day will be filled with possibilities as you find new ways to support the Director and develop systems to ensure effective management of the Directorate. You will get involved in anything from preparing briefings and presentations to liaising with internal and external stakeholders across the UK. We'll look to you to support the smooth running of the Directorate. It's a great way to build on your skills and experience and develop your potential.
The person
To join us you’ll need exceptional interpersonal and administration skills and, ideally, experience in a background in a professional or membership organisation. You will have the ability to foster strong professional relationships and encourage close collaboration between departments which is at the heart of this leadership role. In order to provide effective EA support this role will be required to be based in the RCN UK HQ office at least four days per week, with one day from home.
