Job Description
This Executive Assistant role will include the following duties:
- Diary management, managing constant change
- Global business travel planning
- Expenses - Travel & Entertainment. Responsibility for managing & reconciling multi-currency expenses.
- Prompt & confidential liaison
- Professional telephone manner for screening and handling all telephone calls and e-mails both internal and external.
- Taking minutes in company meetings and distributing them to relevant parties
- Business & personal correspondence, project documents
- General support & project management.
- Other duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous Executive Assistant experience
- Have strong diary and travel management experience
- Have experience working within a fast paced and busy environment
- Have good communication
- Have strong attention to detail
- Have a positive attitude
- Be proactive
