Job Description
Executive Support Officer:
- Provide high level executive support
- Secretarial and administrative support to Directors and the wider Senior Leadership Team
- Understanding and managing their needs to enable them to effectively use their time
- Also provide support to the Business Manager to the Chair and Chief Executive as required
- Pro-actively manage Director's diaries
- Using professional judgement to effectively balance their time, prioritising the most important meetings
- Arrange meetings with external stakeholders and internal colleagues, booking meeting rooms, welcoming visitors, arranging refreshments
- Collating and circulating agendas and papers, taking accurate and concise minutes for a range of routine, complex, technical, or confidential meetings
- Book business travel and accommodation
- General administrative and secretarial support

Executive Support Officer:
- Excellent administrative and secretarial skills
- Diary management skills
- Minute taking skills
- Excellent communicator
- Able to anticipate problems and solve them
- Able to use initiative and work independently
- Able to prioritise effectively
- Be very friendly and approachable
