Competitive salary, depending on experience
Although your base will be at our Barbican, Central London office, we offer a hybrid working model where you will be able to work from your home and our Epsom, Surrey office as well.

That’s why we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high level administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team. This role is ideal for a hard-working, confident candidate who thrives on working at pace, is organised and has exceptional attention to detail.
Using your excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will:
Be an effective gatekeeper, host and contact person for all enquiries;
Prepare high quality deliverables including presentations, handouts etc;
Attend meetings for minute taking and assist with preparing reports;
Screen/manage incoming correspondence and respond to general enquiries;
Support the payments & procurement processes on behalf of the Executive Director;
Organise events (including huddles & conferences);
Coordinate diaries, travel arrangements and expenses to maximum effect;
Prioritise and coordinate multiple work streams;
Provide overall assistance in day to day activities.
As an Executive Assistant you will:
Demonstrate discretion, diplomacy, sound judgement and personal integrity at all times. You will act as a true team player in a high performing team, with the ability to successfully manage relationships and stakeholders across a variety of different departments at all levels of seniority.
You’ll be comfortable working in and have experience of, fast paced teams.
You will possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills, be highly proficient and creative in MS Desktop packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams), MS Sharepoint and Outlook (mail, calendar and databases)
