Executive Assistant
The role will encompass a broad array of different duties, some examples include;
- organising and coordinating UK and international travel and itineries
- Arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, arrange lunches and dinners
- Extensive diary management
- managing expenses
- Running and preparing statistical reports, extracting financial data, handling information requests, etc.
- Preparing presentations
- Manage and/or follow up on multiple projects/actions simultaneously, meeting deadlines
- Conduct research
- Project manage corporate events
- Manage department invoicing
- Pick up ad-hoc projects and tasks and run with them
- Maintain electronic filing systems
It is anticipated that the successful candidate will be able to assume full ownership of responsibilities and work independently within 3 to 6 months.
Essential Requirements
- Be proactive and intuitive
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Be able to meet critical deadlines
- Enjoy multi-tasking and be adaptable
- Be able to prioritise workload
- High proficiency with IT systems; word,excel,powerpoint
- Show passion, energy and drive
- Be educated to A level standard or higher
