Location: Bradford (Office based)
Salary: £24,000 - £30,000
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
- Answer and direct phone calls, maintain the visitor's register and manage the reception duties.
- Provide standard clerical duties as assigned, including faxing, copying, and mailing.
- Organize meetings and maintain the minutes of meetings for managers and Directors.
- Maintaining the diary for Directors, sending reminders, and following up with external parties as and when required.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, and setting up meetings.
- Responsible for procurement, maintaining, and ordering necessary office equipment and supplies, maintaining the asset and inventory register.
- Look for external vendors as per the internal process, and prepare and process the PO in coordination with the payments department.
- Assist in the handling of human resources activities, which involve recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and the relevant paperwork assigned by the manager.
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, and cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Oversee office facilities and maintenance requirements.
- Organize and supervise other office activities as assigned.
About you:
- 3 + years' experience as an PA & Admin Assistant/Executive.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
- Proficiency in MS Office. (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Basic IT skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
