Job description
Purpose:
To provide high level, professional, quality, proactive executive support to the CEO and Executive team enabling them to fulfil their roles effectively and achieve the strategic objectives of the business
Key Responsibilities
- Building excellent relationships with new and existing clients
- Collaborate with all levels of the organisation, including the senior leadership team, peers, as well as internal teams and external customers and suppliers
. • Strategically lead and priorities personal and team tasks effectively
. • Proactive diary management for the CEO and Operations director in order for them to work efficiently
- Manage both personal and professional commitments of our CEO
- Providing high level administrative support
- Coordinate communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interacting with clients
- Co-ordinate, distribute papers and take minutes for internal meetings and board meetings, recording and monitoring actions
- To conduct research/ analysis and prepare reports as needed
. • Provide support to the CEO with Sales & Marketing activities, deputising when needed
- Provide support to produce documents and presentations for key meetings including sales tenders
- Contribute to the efficient and effective running of the Senior Leadership Team on behalf of the Executive
- Take lead on projects when required, overseeing all elements of project delivery
Person specification
Experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior management
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational, project management and problem-solving skills with ability to multi-task
Outgoing and professional manner with exceptional interpersonal skills
Flexible with the ability to work under pressure
Self-starter with the ability to be challenge and suggest improvements
Committed to provide excellent customer service and contributing to continuous improvement
Able to use own initiative and maintain collaborative relationships with team members Proficient in the use of Microsoft office, CRM,
Experience of Monday desirable
Experience in dealing with confidential and sensitive information tactfully and diplomatically
