Summary of Role:
Position: Executive Assistant
Location: United Kingdom, London
Start date: As soon as possible
Salary: Dependent on depth of skills and experience
Work Pattern: Full time
What you’ll do:
- Support the Leadership team to ensure that they are able to deliver effectively for the business
- Extensive calendar and diary management
- Coordinate schedules, meetings and appointments
- Office management duties as required (we are located in a serviced office so this should be minimal but will include liaising with the office staff, ensuring we have supplies, greeting visitors etc.
- Arrange travel and booking accommodation
- Provide general administrative support
- Liaise with investors, clients and colleagues
- Attend meetings as required and recording minutes
- Maintain and monitor budgets and expenses
- Arrange dinners, social events and public appearances
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
- Organize company events including Quarterly Leadership offsites and company celebrations
What we want:
2+ years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to senior management
Fluent written and spoken English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time-management skills and an ability to organise and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
Proficiency with Google Workspace and MS office tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employee
