Summary of Role:

Position: Executive Assistant

Location: United Kingdom, London

Start date: As soon as possible

Salary: Dependent on depth of skills and experience

Work Pattern: Full time

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Leadership team to ensure that they are able to deliver effectively for the business
  • Extensive calendar and diary management
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings and appointments
  • Office management duties as required (we are located in a serviced office so this should be minimal but will include liaising with the office staff, ensuring we have supplies, greeting visitors etc.
  • Arrange travel and booking accommodation
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Liaise with investors, clients and colleagues
  • Attend meetings as required and recording minutes
  • Maintain and monitor budgets and expenses
  • Arrange dinners, social events and public appearances
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
  • Organize company events including Quarterly Leadership offsites and company celebrations

What we want:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to senior management

  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organise and coordinate multiple concurrent projects

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and MS office tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems

  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employee
