Who we are looking for:
Calling all dynamic problem-solvers with a flair for making things happen! The Medidata Patient Cloud team is on the lookout for a versatile team player who can navigate our company's ins and outs with finesse. In this role, you'll be the superhero supporting key executives in Patient Cloud R&D, building connections with our valued partners across internal and external teams. From coordinating discussions and meetings, to helping to prepare engaging presentations, you'll be at the heart of it all.
We're not just looking for someone who's experienced and knowledgeable (although that's a plus!). We want a creative thinker who can navigate a modern tech organization, understanding the different roles and dynamics that come with it to find innovative ways to get things done. Networking is second nature to you, and you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with senior professionals both within and outside our company.
To excel in this role, a professional certification or equivalent experience working with senior-level executives is a must. Your ability to interact with diverse internal teams, as well as customers, vendors, and other important guests will be key to your success. We're looking for someone with a minimum of five years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree.
Ideally, you'll be based near our vibrant New York or Boston offices, joining us in the office at least three days a week to make an impact.
Provide routine assistance to the Executives which includes, but is not limited to: Executive correspondence, electronic filing, creating and updating Contacts, and other logistical support needs of the Executives
Create and maintain an inventory of critical path projects and high-priority business development activities
Maintain calendar for the Executive using electronic calendaring system
Regularly organize meetings, appointments, conferences, and calls with both internal and external business partners
Coordinate complex meetings, assist in the design and preparation of presentations and other meeting materials
Maintain contact with Executives via company-issued mobile device
Arrange travel, prepare itineraries including air and ground transportation, hotel reservations, out of town dining, and car rentals
Prepare Executive expense reports and process Executive charge card reconciliation
Create and maintain spreadsheet files
Prepare presentation materials
The salary range posted below refers only to positions that will be physically based in New York City / New Jersey. As with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on a number of factors including function, level, candidate expertise and experience, and geographic location. Pay ranges for candidates in locations other than NYC / NJ, may differ based on the local market data in that region. The base salary pay range for this position is $66,000 to $95,000.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Medidata provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission on the terms of applicable plan documents, and many of Medidata’s non-sales positions are eligible for annual bonuses.
