Description & Requirements

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Executive Assistant to make a difference at Kraft Heinz- supporting 2-3 Leadership members in our International division. We are looking for an individual who remains calm under pressure- is highly organized and has a proven ability to prioritize- whilst supporting the Leadership team to navigate a fast-paced environment and competing business priorities. An appreciation for working in an international environment and coordinating with counterparts based in the US and globally is helpful.

In brief- your key responsibilities will be:

  • Provide accurate support to the Executive Leadership team
  • Manage multiple- ever changing calendars and priorities
  • Coordinate meeting agendas- meetings rooms- facilities etc. both in-person and virtually
  • Complete monthly expenses and raise and process purchase orders
  • Manage all administrative tasks- prioritize and action all incoming post and phone calls
  • Organise local and international travel including accommodation and visa applications
  • Maintain strict confidentiality for personal and business requirements
  • Support the planning of local office projects such as Town Halls and follow-up with team members where required
  • Work in a close-knit team alongside 5 other EAs to support our International & Northern Europe Leadership Team members

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 4+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant- corporate events- administration- project management or other role which requires multiple points of coordination and stakeholder management
  • Strong prioritization skills- problem-solving and decision-making
  • Proficient with systems ie. MS Office- SAP/SRM- Workday- Travel-booking systems
