Executive Assistant 7 month FTC
London Bridge
Salary range £45 – 55k
THE CLIENT
Our client is a leading global Private Equity Firm and they have an ultra-modern office, close to London Bridge. There are around 140 professionals and 14+ Executive Assistants who all work collaboratively resulting in a low turnover of staff.
THE ROLE
They are looking for an EA to join their Investor Solutions team to provide support to two Directors + the wider team (4), alongside two other EAs who you will work closely with. This team are dynamic, upbeat and have a great energy so they are looking for someone who will be a great fit. The role will be busy but varied requiring diary management, as well as complex travel arrangements and expenses
What they are looking for
- Previous experience managing busy diaries and booking travel
- Someone who is highly pro-active, able to come up with solutions to last minute changes or problems
- Confident, team player
