Executive Assistant, JLL Technologies, EMEA
Location: London, Warwick Street
Role: Full-Time Position
We are looking for an EA to assist our VP of Engineering within JLL Technologies.
The successful candidate should have excellent organisational abilities, thrive in a busy and complex business and have strong interpersonal skills.

What this job involves
Diary management across multiple time zones, ensuring a proactive / forward planning approach to ensure preparation and focus time is considered and diary clashes are actioned in a timely manner
Inbox management (where required)
Organising complex international travel including meeting and transport arrangements, confirming accommodation and producing detailed itineraries (visas/tests where applicable)
Finding the most cost effective and sustainable options, in line with JLL T&E policy.
Dealing with telephone calls and emails from clients and colleagues in a professional manner and escalating any issues
Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients (externally) and colleagues (internally)
Organising meetings and booking the relevant rooms and equipment
Presentation support including formatting, reworking and proofreading
Providing wide range administrative assistance
Support with project work (as applicable)
Attending meetings and recording minutes/actions and follow up where necessary
Proactive / forward planning to ensure prep time in advance of client meetings
Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:
At least two years proven experience working as an Executive / Personal Assistant
Great verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Team player who works with a partnership mentality and deals effectively with colleagues and clients
PC literate – understanding of how to use the technology as a tool
An above average knowledge of IT Microsoft applications i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Intuitive nature and desire to learn and progress
Understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion
Uses appropriate judgement when responding to the needs of senior level directors both internally and externally
Shows initiative in taking action and responding appropriately
Adopts a flexible approach to work
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
Has an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills to deal with a wide variety of people and clients
A cheerful and positive attitude is essential as is a genuine enthusiasm for the work that will be undertaken
