About the Role
To cover an upcoming maternity leave vacancy, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Geelong team on a part time, fixed term basis. The role will run for 12 months, commencing mid-July 2023. The ideal candidate will be available to work at 0.6 FTE, across Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, having some flexibility to work alternative days when necessary.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, your responsibilities will include:
Provide high quality and confidential support to the CFO and Executive Team.
Provide administration support and services, including:
Calendar management and organisation.
Travel arrangements.
Producing documentation, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
Conducting monthly expense reconciliation.
Ad-hoc admin tasks and duties as directed by the CFO and executive team.
Providing support to the Board Directors where necessary.
Management meeting establishment and support, including catering arrangements.
Liaising with various stakeholders at all levels of the Integral Diagnostics team.

How will you add to our team?
The successful candidate will have:
Minimum 5 years relevant experience and/or tertiary qualification, such as Certificate IV or diploma in Business.
High level verbal communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Highly proficient and accurate in the use of word-processing, spreadsheets, presentations and emails.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with tact, diplomacy and discretion at all times.
Experience in minute taking.
Ability to work with minimal direction, setting own priorities to meet deadlines.
