Job Title: Executive Assistant
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 dependent on experience
Location: Brentford, West London
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday – 8am-4pm/ 9am-5pm
The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to assist in developing the support function for a group of high quality and person-centred services for people with learning disabilities and older people. You will work alongside the Director of Operations and Head of Quality and Compliance building proactive and supportive relationships with Service Managers and other key staff, Trustees, and external organisations.
This is an integral role within the organisation and discretion will be paramount. The Executive Assistant will manage high-level administrative tasks including executive communications, handling of corporate documents, alongside managing office functions. The Executive assistant has an important role ensuring all internal and external communication for the directorate team is clear, effective, professional, and always reflects the ethos of the organisation.
Start Date: October 2023
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Manage day to day affairs at the Brentford Office
- Contact with regulatory authorities
- Contact with the people we support and their families
- Preparing corporate documents
- Organising schedules
- Demonstrating and promoting a level of professionalism at all times.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and attributes:

- Strong IT and literacy skills

- Very strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of the Care Sector
- Clear communication
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadline
Due to the seniority of the role, we are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 3 years experience of working in a similar role involving executive support. Driver required, as travel to other services a few times a year. We are looking for someone who has a passion/interest in social media and website management.
