Candidates must be immediately available
Proactively manage the complex diary to maximise their effectiveness. Understand where heavy workload may occur and therefore allow planning time to ensure high quality prep work prior to meetings.
Budget and cost management. Organise and arrange travel itineraries, locally and overseas, where applicable, ensuring the most cost effective and optimal use of time. Prepare monthly expense returns.
This includes communication with key stakeholders at all levels.
Manage and co-ordinate all other ad-hoc administrative tasks as appropriate.
Skills:
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
· Good attention to detail
· Problem solving skills, resourceful and able to use own initiative
· Excellent team player
· Advanced working knowledge of a variety of PC packages/applications
· Manages multiple tasks at the same time with agility
· Handles the challenges of changing and competing priorities and ensures that activities of self and (to the extent its possible) others are completed within agreed time constraints
Education:
· Strong organisational and administration capability
· Proactive and able to work effectively without supervision
· Able to think ahead and spot potential barriers, providing solutions to overcome
· Commitment, flexibility and enthusiasm displayed.
· Speed of response to queries; uses initiative.
