Job description
As Executive Assistant you will be responsible for a number of operational and business-related administrative duties while providing an extensive level of support to the executive team.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Office, your priority will be to make the best of the executive’s time. You will, at times, need to be available during hours outside of the usual UK working day to align with travelling executives in other time zones.

As an Executive Assistant at Enoda, you'll spend your time
- Arranging travel including visas, itineraries, accommodation
- Executive inbox and calendar management
- Preparing meeting agendas and minutes
- Coordinating both internal meetings and external events
- Supporting the Board of Directors including managing the preparation of board meetings
- Supporting with expense claims and reconciliations
- Acting as the filtering interface in times of high pressure and as appropriate
- Handling corporate documents and assisting with Executive communication
- Working with other EA's to coordinate large-scale events
The key experience we're looking for
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Asana, and other communications platforms
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to act on initiative and maintain good discipline resolving problems quickly
- Ability to act with strict confidentiality and personal sensitivity
- Previous experience of working at Board level
- Ability to stay focused under pressure and priorities effectively
