The Trust is recruiting a full time Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support our Executive Team. The role includes diary management, handling correspondence and day-to-day requests into the office, administration for the Executive Team meetings, executive project support and stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will be a skilled communicator who prioritises their time efficiently, with the intuition to anticipate the needs of their Executive Director and the discipline to work independently and at pace.
They will demonstrate a customer service approach and have personal credibility to inspire confidence in colleagues and external stakeholders.
Candidates must have experience of working in business administration and significant experience working as an executive/personal assistant to a Director of a large organisation.
