We are based in Bricket Wood near St Albans and Watford.
- Liaise with clients on Managing Director availability
- Organise meetings on behalf of Managing Director
- All office administration
- Support creation of proposals for clients
- Manage Customer Journey and Tracking
- Organise events
- Work with suppliers on the creation of marketing materials
- Attend client meetings and take minutes and actions
- Manage all documentation folders
- Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
- Making travel arrangements
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks
- Support with personal arrangements for Managing Director
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week
Salary: £30,760.00-£32,100.00 per year
