What would I be doing day to day?
Who am I supporting: CEO & General Counsel
Key duties:
- Managing all administrative aspects including complex diaries and inboxes.
- Booking extensive travel arrangements.
- Coordinating with stakeholders - ensuring streamlined communication.
- Liaising directly with Board of Directors.
- Managing and executing projects - start to end.
What is the company looking for?
Background and experience:
- Ideally you have 7+ Senior EA experience within Financial Services at C-suite lebel
- Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office (incl. Word & PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with complex international travel arrangements.
- Solutions driven and collaborative individual.
- Strong attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
- An individual that is Unflappable! Self-sufficient and take own initiative.
