Are you an experienced EA looking for a new role? If so, we're looking for an experienced EA to join our London, commercial team! This is a maternity cover and the contract duration will be anywhere between 9-12 months. Due to the impending arrival, we're looking for someone to start before Christmas so we can begin a handover.
The successful applicant will support the Managing Partner within our Commercial division. He has a busy role working within the Capital Markets team aswell as leading the commercial divison across all 10 offices. This role will also support the Head of Commercial who works alongside the Managing Partner. The successful applicant will be involved in extensive diary and email management, arranging travel, accomodation and meetings, providing documentation and minute taking at meetings aswell as overseeing/managing their workload.
The hours for this role are between 30-37 hours per week. We are considering part time and full time applicants.

What you'll be doing*
- Manage partners email account
- Extensive diary management
- Gathering and preparing documents & preparing presentations for meetings
- Attending meetings and sharing documents in person and online where required
- Audio typing, minute/note taking at meetings
- Proof reading and binding of documents
- Arranging meetings and refreshments where necessary including teams and zoom calls, presentations and screen mirroring
- Dealing with enquiries
- Updating and speaking with clients when required
- Assisting with projects and research when required
- Booking of travel and accommodation
- Attending quarterly Board meetings alongside the Managing Partner in our Cambridge office
- Help to prepare and draft correspondence, reports, schedules, minutes and agendas
- Setting up new jobs to raise invoices
- Chasing fee debtors and report back to Finance
- Printing off time & expense reports, raising fee invoices and send relevant copies to accounts
About you:
- Proven success in another EA position
- EA experience within a professional services business (preferred)
- Highly organised with a professional, agile and diligent nature
- Able to prioritise workload effectively
- Excellent grammar and attention to detail
- Professional communication manner
- Positive outlook
- Flexible and understanding
- IT literate
