Executive Assistant – Salary circa £50,000
We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join Aviva’s Wealth & Advice business working with the MD as their Executive Assistant, providing dedicated support to them and the broader Wealth & Advice team on an adhoc basis. This will be the perfect role for someone who has worked extensively as an EA or senior Personal Assistant, assisting senior leaders / a complex team within a large, regulated business.
Aviva operates a “smart-working” policy meaning that we spend approximately half of our time working in an office. This role is based in London, with occasional travel to other locations if required.
A bit about the job:
You will provide effective and efficient high-level office support – this will include undertaking more traditional tasks such as diary management and minute taking, as well as showcasing a ‘tech savvy’ mindset when organising virtual team meetings, due to multiple employee locations.
They will also be tasked with coordinating events and visitations between functional leads and externals clients and suppliers, as well as be accountable for agenda development, minute taking and subsequent action outcomes and updates, in line with both internal & external meetings. Therefore, showcasing excellent interpersonal, as well as planning & organisational skills, will be key traits for this role.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Significant experience working as an Executive Assistant / Senior PA, partnered with impeccable relationship building and communication skills.
- Works efficiently and can prioritise their workload, whilst working well under pressure.
- Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work intuitively to take appropriate actions effectively, and/or escalating accordingly.
- Previous experience working within a large corporate environment.

- Starting salary circa £50,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
