Amazon Logistics (AMZL) finance Europe organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support the Director of Finance EU Amazon Logistics team and the Director of Finance Southern Europe at our head office in London.The EA will be required to participate in leadership meetings, monitor actions and deadlines and play an active role in driving improvement initiatives for the entire Finance organization in collaboration with senior leaders and other stakeholders. Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Finance has a variety of projects to join or lead and actively drive progress and success for the teams. Project work can be related but is not limited to subjects like Engagement, Recruiting, Training or Process Improvement. The role offers a flexible work environment and different opportunities for development and career growth.We are looking for bright and motivated candidates with experience of supporting multiple executives who can demonstrate expertise with complex diary management, building positive team environments, travel arrangements and expense recording as well as the set-up, budgeting and active management of small to mid-scale events for their teams.Superior attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple requests is critical. Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives is imperative. As a community the EAs work together to deliver large scale events and to share workload when priorities demand additional support - commitment to teamwork is essential.This is a Fixed Term Contract of 12 months or until the end of July 2024.
· Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant experience supporting senior leadership or previous project management experience.· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel· History of partnering with other executive assistants· A strong aptitude for learning; is curious and asks effective questions· Ability to consistently exercise good judgment· Impeccable attention to detail· Strong organizational and communication skills· Bachelor's degreeAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
