As Executive Assistant, you will support the delivery of the Aimbridge vision, mission and values by providing executive administrative support to senior leaders across two regions within our UK portfolio. You will be pivotal in managing the administration of complex projects, including new openings and transitions, enabling effective communication, managing timelines, and preparing reports and documentation for stakeholder review.
In addition to this, you will also be supporting productivity across the leadership team through efficient diary management and acting as a key liaison on their behalf.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience in a senior administrative capacity, with specific expertise in project management. As a supporting role to senior leaders in the business, you will have proven experience building, nurturing and managing relationships across all levels, with the ability to prioritise demanding workloads and manage stakeholder expectations.
Due to the complex nature of our business model, experience working in a hotel, or a 3rd party managerial environment would be extremely beneficial.
This is a field-based role that will require regular travel across the UK as and when appropriate, and will initially be offered on a 12 month fixed term basis.
