Executive Assistant - £32,500pa – High Wycombe - closing date 18th May
Working hours for this post are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, with some flexibility required for evening meetings (usually 4 per year).
Reporting to the Business Support Manager and providing EA support to the Deputy Chief Executive & Director of Property, you will be a motivated self-starter who always goes the extra mile!
In this key role you’ll be providing a really efficient EA service to two highly innovative and supportive leaders in a timely and professional manner. You will be a professional and enthusiastic right hand person, passionate about providing the best level of service. Main duties and responsibilities:
- To provide effective and efficient administrative / E.A support
- Be the first point of contact for those wishing to speak with the CEO/DOP
- Give comprehensive minute taking support at all meetings
- Manage visitors, calls, travel arrangements, meetings and diaries effectively
- Support the management of projects, helping to prepare reports and presentations
- Ensure Directors are fully briefed for any appointments and take all minutes of meetings with a high level of accuracy
- Support the Executive Management team where necessary
- Buying and authoring spend under your agreed limits
- Ensuring a high level of confidentiality is always adhered to
- Any other additional duties appropriate to the post as requested

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
Essential qualities:
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Must have previous Secretarial skills & experience of minute - taking
- Highly organised, with meticulous attention to detail
- Able to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
- Methodical and flexible approach to your work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and organise own workload
- Problem solving skills, with the ability to respond to sudden, unexpected demands
- Able to take ownership of all tasks, ensuring you see them through from start to finish
Desirable:
- Ideally 3 years in either an EA, PA or Senior Admin position
- Previous experience in the Public Sector, ideally Housing would be a bonus
- Eager to progress your career and further your leadership skills

You will be working in the company offices in Loudwater in a highly collaborative, friendly and supportive environment. This is initially a 12 month MAT cover role, however there is the genuine opportunity to stay with the company long term.
The exact salary for this position is £32,528pa, with excellent benefits as above.
