Job description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Prepare and file documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle customer service inquiries and provide assistance as needed
- Manage office operations, including email management
- Utilize software such as DocuSign and Outlook/Gmail/iCloud Calendar to facilitate document management and scheduling
- Any marketing experience is extremely desirable
- Perform clerical tasks such as answering phones, data entry, and proofreading documents
- Generating invoices and other payments
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with phone systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with extreme discretion based on the nature of our clientele
