Job Description
We are seeking an experienced interim Executive Assistant to provide support to our Chief Operating Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for a tenured professional to thrive in this very senior position, partnering with our senior leadership as an integral member of the team.
Key responsibilities:
- Dealing with incoming communication, correspondence on behalf of the Executive Board members
- Arranging travel itineraries and accommodation in conjunction with the global support team
- Proactively manage the production of documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations
- Complex diary management
- Organising board meetings, ensuring the Executive team are well-prepared
- Minute taking at Board meetings
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
Essential skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excels in building relationships and working collaboratively within the team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in providing support to others
- Experience of minute taking and organising Board meetings
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise with a strong commercial focus
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Experience in complex diary management, liaising with clients and dealing with confidential material
- Proactively manage information on behalf of the Executives.
Desirable skills:
- Proven Executive Assistant experience at Executive Board level.
