Salary Range: Starting salary until 31st December 2022: SCP 4 £19,264 FTE, actual pro rata salary £9.99 p/h
As of 1st January 2023, NET is implementing job evaluation for all support staff, the grade for this post at that point will then be: Grade 2, SCP 4 - 5 £19,264 - £19,650 FTE, actual pro rata salary £9.99 - £10.19 p/h
Base: The Blyth Academy, Chase Farm Drive, Blyth, NE24 4JP
Please note: the post holder will be engaging in regulated activity and will have the opportunity for contact with children. This position is exempt from the rehabilitation of offender’s act 1974. Northern Education Trust The Blyth Academy is seeking to appoint Exam Invigilators who will be responsible for the invigilation of both mock and external examinations. Ideally the successful candidates will have experience in invigilation although full training will be provided. Invigilators will work under the instruction of the Data and Examinations Officer.
We also have on-line tests and trial examinations held regularly during the academic year. Within the exam periods, working hours are on a part time, casual basis between the hours of 8.00 am and 4.00pm; flexibility regarding hours is essential. Previous experience is not necessary as training will be provided, however you should be confident and any experience of managing young people would be an advantage.
