About the role
Be part of a dedicated team responsible for managing queries, complaints and requests for services received from our customers from all around the world. Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer issues are managed in a fair and consistent manner and in line with Trinity’s policies and procedures. This includes using well-honed communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that accurate information is gathered and analysed, and that our customers receive a professional and positive experience.
You will be involved in managing email accounts and responding to results requests and complaints, processing complaints and results reviews, logging and processing exam results and liaising with the panel management team on examiner related complaints, ensuring that information is appropriately shared and acted upon. You will also help provide accurate analysis of data and assist in monthly reporting.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners. You will have good knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word and Excel, and a willingness to learn Trinity’s online booking platform. You will take pride in your attention to detail. Most importantly you will be able to show an ability to prioritise competing demands on your time whilst maintaining a helpful and professional approach.
