Job description

We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible Exam Invigilator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure and fair environment for exams to take place.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up examination venues by laying out stationery, equipment, and examination papers in accordance with guidelines provided.
  • Ensure that students are seated according to the seating plan provided and are aware of exam regulations.
  • Distribute and collect exam papers and ensure that the correct papers are given to the correct students.
  • Monitor the examination hall to ensure that no cheating takes place.
  • Provide assistance to students who require it, such as providing additional paper or equipment.
  • Report any incidents or breaches of regulations to the appropriate authority.
  • Collect and pack away all exam papers, stationery, and equipment after the exam.
  • Ensure that examination venues are left clean and tidy.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
  • Availability to work flexible hours
