The base
We moved into our new HQ in the City of London in 2018. We're close to our clients, in the heart of the UK's financial centre. We offer flexible working appropriate for a client solutions focussed role.
The team:
Central Events team, based in London.
What you'll do
- Day to day management of a variety of assigned events, with a focus on the Private Asset channel.
- Third party events – You will co-ordinate and manage logistics for the third party events schedule, from delegate management through to exhibition stand design. Travel to the third party events will be involved.
- Own events - You will project manage concept to completion including budgeting, venue search and negotiation, on-site logistics, AV/Production, corporate gifts, speakers/entertainment sourcing, delegate support materials (digital), registration portal, invitations and other delegate focussed comms.
- Beyond the logistics side you will be responsible for bringing new innovative event experiences to our client from both the digital and in person side.
- Record Schroders Health & Safety, risk assessment and insurance responsibilities for compliance purposes, and annual record of hospitality inducements
- Team knowledge sharing on suitable solutions for event requirements and ideas.
- Understand the annual calendar of events managed by central events team.
- Brand development of the Schroders Capital brand through events.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
- Experience with managing third party and own events end to end.
