Job description
This position will work closely with the Medical Education Brand Manager and will support in the implementation of the annual UK & Ireland training and events plan, which will be held both face to face and virtual. This role will be a proactive and a key player within the team to ensure the success and smooth running of events.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Meetings and Events assistance
- Ensure all elements of the events are efficiently managed
- Track and update marketing, sales and medical team on forthcoming and active events
- Effective communication with Internal and External stakeholders
- Collaboration with Medical and Marketing teams to ensure compliance for all Training and Events
- Ensure compliance (ABPI) standards are maintained by following the internal approval process for all materials.
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
- This position works collaboratively within the Medical Education Brand Manager and Marketing Team to convey information to our customers effectively
- They will also work with the sales team to gather feedback and insights into how this can be improved and developed further
- Strong working relationships with external agencies and suppliers
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be studying towards or have just completed an undergraduate degree, preferably in a marketing discipline
- Fully conversant with all Microsoft office programmes, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe
- Some understanding of the aesthetics industry or pharmaceutical knowledge
- Digital expertise – awareness of planning and managing digital channels
- Ability to understand the Aesthetic industry and adapt to the changing customer needs
- Good planning, attention to detail and prioritisation skills
- Confident, quick thinking, responsive and solution oriented

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: £22,000.00 per year
