We are a boutique event agency, offering venue finding and activity service with a branch in Barcelona. Creating bespoke unique event concepts and stylish event production. The agency is responsible for both private and corporate events.
We are thoroughly focused on London’s unique venues and spaces, booming restaurant scene and food culture. The Wellness sector and have a sister agency Delicious Barcelona.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Intern with an interest in gaining industry experience in event management, venue finding and hospitality.

3 month internship

Tasks you will learn about and undertake include:

You will learn how to liaise with suppliers, venues and freelancers. Handle diary coordination and office administration.

You will learn about event production, from conception through to completion.

This internship will involve the preparation and organisation of marketing materials, learning about database mail and newsletters.

You will build and maintain relationships with venues, supplier and partners.

You will learn how to manage the booking process, draw up contracts, brief clients and coordinate logistics from enquiry to completion.

4/5 days a week plus some evenings in addition for live events.

The most suitable intern for this position would be the following:

• Excellent organisational ability, you are numerate and have excellent communication skills.
• Display initiative, you are sales & target driven and you have high quality written skills and strong spelling and grammar.
• Able to multi-task and handle conflicting priorities and deadlines. ATTENTION TO DETAIL ESSENTIAL.
• Strong work ethic, you are tenacious, a strong communicator and relationship builder with great people skills.
• Catalan and English speaking
• Hold a Valid passport and visa (if required)

We are looking for a team player, happy to work in a boutique specialist agency.
Discretion is a must!

Salary: £14,320.00-£20,000.00 per year
