Job description

As Events & Experiences Senior Executive you will support the design and delivery of strategic food and drink events, experiences, propositions and tastings across Partnership locations as well as externally.

You will ensure that all experiences align with the Marketing strategy and Partnership Plan, helping the business to meet its objectives and drive customer engagement.

You will manage Partners and agency staff during these experiences and will manage and deliver activities by creating detailed plans and delivering cost efficiencies wherever possible.

You will ensure that all activity is legally compliant. You will be responsible for creating the processes, operating model and success criteria for each experience. You will be accountable for managing budgets and financial analysis for relevant activity.

You will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to influence and manage all activities, including suppliers and staffing agencies. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert for experiences across the Partnership.

You will support the Events & Experiences Lead to develop the customer experience strategy, providing high customer satisfaction and driving profitable sales. You will contribute to monitoring market trends to develop strategic analysis and future planning.

  • Accountable for ensuring that Partners and agency staff deliver the desired outcomes.

Essential Skills:

  • Degree holder or of graduate calibre with a minimum of 1 year event experience.

  • Full UK driving licence.

  • Previous experience in management and delivery of events.

  • Client or agency events experience.
