- Provide administrative support to the Education Leadership team and Brand Leadership team
- Arranging meetings, helping prioritise key meetings, tasks and resolving diary conflicts
- Organising travel arrangements using Concur online booking system
- Assistance with daily administrative tasks and other ad hoc requests as they arise
- Project planning and logistical support on internal advocacy, education community onboarding and training and global webinars
- On the ground support at The Macallan Estate and in Jerez during internal events
- Provide administrative support as above, liaising with The Estate, Jerez and Regional teams to plan and facilitate customer and consumer visits
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentation materials
- Raising POs and tracking education budget
- Main point of contact for all education events at The Macallan
- Working with the education team to ensure event requirements are facilitated and the appropriate resources acquired
- Diary management – liaising with office coordinators to manage room bookings
- Ensure appropriate rooms are utilised to meet the requirements of the host
To be successful in this role, you have a demonstrable background in effective event and international travel planning. You are highly organised, have excellent communication skills and attention to detail along with strong planning, prioritisation and project management skills. You have knowledge of MS office and have experience with budget management. Negotiation skills are desirable but not essential.
