An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to join our team as Events Coordinator. Longleat has produced an exhilarating calendar of events throughout the year, from our immersive Festival of Light, to our show stopping Sky Safari.

What will this role entail?
Reporting to the Events Manager, as an Events Coordinator you’ll be responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of Longleat corporate and commercial events, including key calendar projects
Key duties will include:
- Planning and delivery of corporate, fun day, corporate and ground events.
Planning and delivery of Longleat key calendar Projects and Events
Development of Longleat future events
Coordination of project schedule, resources, and equipment to ensure the project is delivered on time and safely.
Liaison with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements and scope in line with the Project plan and programme board.
Project ownership on cost trackers for the budget management of individual projects and events
Proactive planning of project phases to minimize reactive requirement that could put the schedule at risk.
Day to day management of status reporting and delivery, with effective communication to the Project Owner
What will I need to be considered for this vacancy?
- You will have a background in project managing events, being involved from cradle to grave.
You will have exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
You have a background in working to tight deadlines.
Fantastic stakeholder management skills
A full driving licence.
What will I receive in return?
As an Events Coordinator you will receive a salary of between £22,500 and £26,250, in addition to a range of attractive benefits that include;

Range of flexible working schemes
You’ll be employed on a permanent 40-hours a week contract, working 5 days out of 7, including weekends, evenings early mornings and bank holidays as required. Start and finish times will vary in accordance with park opening times.
