We have an exciting opportunity for 2 Events Assistants with a Luxury retail brand in London SW1P 2AW

Job role: Events Assistant x 2
Duration: 16th March - 28th March
Pay: £120 per day (PAYE)
Location: London SW1P 2AW

RESPONSIBILITIES

The assistant will support in executing in-store and off-site events, to include new store openings, special events, seasonal or product launch events, other customer or image/PR events, and corporate events.
Work closely with regional event teams to ensure calendars, reports and guidelines are kept up to date and distributed correctly.
Manage collateral briefs

· Manage the team administration including the creation of information packs, event schedules where required · Collate and manage event data to be included in analysis presentations · Assisting teams on-site at events in various roles

JOB PURPOSE

To assist with gift wrapping for the company's book gifting roll-out.
To help organise, pack up and courier the books out.

Strong organisational skills
High attention to detail
Team player; good communicator

· Positive attitude; enthusiasm and drive for results · Able to work well under pressure and meet multiple deadlines · Able to multi-task
