Job description
We are upscaling our Events Team and are looking for individuals who are looking for ad hoc positions serving our clients and business at events across the UK.
Job Overview:
Event staff are responsible for working as a team, as well as solo, to ensure that events run smoothly and the participants and crowd are content and happy. They assist in the overall logistical and operational aspects of the event, and job duties may change depending on areas of need.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in all aspects, as needed, preparation, and execution
- Following protocol and instructions of event management
- Ensuring the cleanliness, operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas
- Communicating customer and participant issues regarding security, safety, or otherwise to the management team
- Coordinating with other members of the event staff to complete job requirements
- Assisting in load-in and load-out duties, security steps, and crowd control/interaction when needed
- Remain useful and helpful for the overall success of the event
Necessary Skills & Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and a desire to help where needed
- Ability to work solo and as a part of a group/team
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends
Travel would be provided from our warehouse in Southampton.

Our head office is based near Ocean Village, Southampton SO14 but our events could be anywhere in the UK or abroad.

Salary: £95.00-£135.00 per day
