We are looking for a talented Events Producer to join our ambitious team on a part-time fixed term contract. This role will take on event management of our annual flagship Alumni Festival that takes place across several Cambridge sites across a weekend in September, as well as to support the Event Manager. This position is a great opportunity for someone with a broad portfolio of event management experience, someone who is well-versed in designing and delivering multi day events of the highest standard within a fast paced environment. Adept at working with multiple stakeholders and managing numerous deadlines and moving parts simultaneously, you will drive projects from conception to successful completion. Exceptional project management and communication skills are essential to this role.
The ideal candidate will be confident and experienced with briefings for stakeholders and suppliers. Experienced with risk management, with current knowledge of event health and safety, you will be well-versed in being accountable for the safe management of events.

This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
This role is based in central Cambridge, however we practise a hybrid working model and the successful candidate will be expected to be in the office for a minimum of two days a week.
