The Location
RHC are proud to be partnering with Frameless – a game-changing visitor attraction – London’s first permanent digital immersive arts and culture experience.
On top of the main experience, Frameless features dedicated events spaces and exclusive hire opportunities, perfect for receptions, dinners, awards, business meetings, product launches and filming. RHC manage all events and Hospitality at the venue.
The Role
We are looking to recruit an exceptional Planner to lead everything events, through account management, planning and delivery you’ll bring venue hire and event opportunities to life. Working in a multifaceted role, the Event Planner will work with closely with the Frameless Venue team to promote and delivery best in class events across the entire venue.
You’ll work alongside our Frameless General Manager and RHC’s Event team, sharing resources and expertise, before supporting the Operations team to deliver the vision of the event you have planned with each of your clients.
The Person
A proven background in Event Planning within Visitor Attractions, Event caterers or hotels is a must. Strong business acumen and a thorough understanding of the London Events market are essential. This is an exciting, dynamic role within a fast-paced environment. The ability to multi-task, be resourceful, highly organised and with an attention to detail and quality is essential.
